Being stubborn is sometimes a good thing. It can help you reach a goal that you otherwise wouldn’t dream of obtaining. You dig your heels in and keep going until it is achieved. Or maybe you’re trying to kick a bad habit, stubbornness is definitely a useful thing to have, but what about the downside? What if you let it take over and prevent you from resolving issues that much later on you’re sure to regret. A feud with a loved one or a friend. All the situation would take is a little acceptance on your part, but your stubborn streak remains firm, unwilling to compromise. You could be making the biggest mistake of your life and yet you hold on to it, possibly even taking it to your grave. I guess being stubborn should come with a warning label, “use with caution.”
